ISS Global / Intelligence publications

OSINT reports.

The report archive

Open-source intelligence, examined in context. ISS Global reports bring publicly available information into a structured account of an incident, its surrounding circumstances and the questions that remain.

In-depth analysis

Investigation Reports

Detailed examinations of an incident or a specific investigative question. These reports explore timelines, source accounts, available visual evidence and alternative explanations, setting out what the evidence supports and where gaps or uncertainty remain.

Event-focused reporting

Incident Reports

Concise, structured accounts of an event: what has been reported, where and when it occurred, the sources available and its immediate context. They provide an overview of the information available at the reporting cut-off; further analysis may follow as the evidence develops.

Regional perspective

Insight Reports

Comparative assessments of developments across locations or themes. These reports connect local events with wider trends, examine competing explanations and the information environment, and set out the evidence and limits behind the assessment.
